K-Strength is our dedicated strength-training day designed to help you master movement, build real power, and develop strong, lean muscle. Every class focuses on intentional, high-quality reps using heavier loads, longer rest periods, and proven strength-training protocols that create noticeable progress week after week. You’ll work through foundational and complex lifts — including deadlifts, squats, and presses — with coaching that prioritizes technique, form, and safe progression. Expect lower rep ranges, purposeful pacing, and a training environment that’s built for getting stronger, not just getting sweaty.

A performance-driven conditioning session built to strengthen your engine, improve stamina, and elevate your athletic capacity.

K-ENDURANCE

K-Endurance is designed to push your stamina, aerobic capacity, and sustained output. You'll work through longer intervals on the rower, bike, runner, and ski, paired with lighter weights to develop muscular endurance and improve total-body efficiency. The focus is on steady pacing, controlled effort, and improving your ability to perform — and recover — over extended periods.

K–TENZ

Hybrid Conditioning delivers simulated event-style workouts inspired by race formats like HYROX and TENZ. Expect sled pushes and pulls, structured runs, erg intervals, carries, and strength stations that mirror real competition flow. Each session blends hybrid strength and conditioning with a focus on pacing, strategy, and performance execution. You’ll learn how to manage your speed, power, and recovery across longer efforts — all while tracking progress to prepare for race day or simply elevate your training.

A 3-5 minute high-energy group activity at the peak of the workout.
