K-HIIT

Kommunity’s high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts will have members exerting maximum energy during short periods of time followed by brief periods of recovery. Our HIIT workouts are considered both strength training and cardio workouts because they include cardio like jumping jacks and strength training like squats or lifting weights.

Our cardio classes are designed to get our members’ heart rates up and keep them up for most of the class. Members will blast calories in a fun, easy-to-follow, endorphin generating class.

WHAT to expect

Easy to follow

Each class will be taught by a seamless combination of in-studio and on-screen instructors to minimize ease of learning and maximize the action. Making your first time at the gym feel like a breeze.

Circuit style

Our 50 minute circuit-style workouts include HIIT, strength and cardio exercises delivered on 75” screens at 15 stations with the space to move and a sound system that will make it hard to stop.

Get the blood flowing and the body moving with an energizing warm up led by your in-studio instructor.

First Half

Custom set of always changing circuit-training exercises featuring K-HIIT, K-Cardio, K-Strength programming with in-studio instructor support.

Half Time

A 3-5 minute high-energy group activity at the peak of the workout.

Second Half

Custom set of always changing circuit-training exercises featuring K-HIIT, K-Cardio, K-Strength programming with in-studio instructor support.

Cool Down
